Raven Creative Agency, based in Niš, Serbia, is responsible for the personal data described here.
We follow Serbia’s Law on Personal Data Protection and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

What we collect and why
When you contact us
When you send an inquiry through the contact form, by email or by phone, we receive the details you give us: your name, email address, company, website, the service or plan you are interested in, a voucher code and your message.
We use them only to answer your inquiry and prepare an offer. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before a contract, and our legitimate interest in replying to you.
When you sign up for news and the voucher
If you sign up for our news and promotions, we store your email address and the fact that you agreed. We use it to send you the voucher and occasional news and promotions.
The legal basis is your consent. You can withdraw it at any time with the unsubscribe link in every email, or by writing to us.
When you visit the website
Our website is run by a professional hosting provider and delivered through a security and content delivery network. To show you the site securely, these providers process technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you open.
Your approximate country is read from your IP address so we can show prices for your market. We do not store it and do not build a profile of you.
All fonts are stored on our own server, so loading a page does not contact any font service.
The map on our Contact page comes from Google Maps. It only loads when you click “Show map”; from then on Google receives your IP address and may set its own cookies.
Stored in your browser
We save two small settings in your browser’s local storage: your light or dark theme, and whether you closed or used the voucher offer. They stay on your device and are not sent to us.
We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels or analytics tools.
Who else handles your data
We only share data with services we need to run our business:
- Google (Google Maps)
- Our website hosting and security providers
- Our newsletter service, once connected (for example MailerLite or Brevo)
Some of these companies are based outside Serbia and the EU. They protect data with recognised safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
We never sell your data.
How long we keep it
- Inquiries: as long as we need to reply and follow up, and no longer than two years unless you become a client.
- Client records: as long as the law requires for contracts and invoices.
- Newsletter: until you unsubscribe.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to see the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, limit how we use it, or send it to you in a common format. You can also object to how we use it and withdraw your consent.
Write to [email protected] and we will reply within 30 days.
If you think we handle your data wrongly, you can complain to Serbia’s Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection, or to the data protection authority in your country.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle data, we will update this page and the date at the top.
